With a strong budget discipline our in-house team manages the tendering process and value engineering to ensure the project has been designed and fully costed for with all specifications to prevent cost overruns due to design issues, budgeting discrepancies and to prevent onsite variations due to provisional sums. We manage this entire process and obtain a final budget sign off in line with the financial goals of the client.
Our team provide monthly reviews of project milestones and contractor performance. We complement these operational reviews with robust financial reporting and ongoing risks analysis that is available to clients in periodic reports and meetings.
